It actually was pretty dang tasty. The only other time I've had rabbit, there were beans too, and it had this wonderful smoky taste. Turns out it was the rabbit, after all! I think everyone's tired of the old meat-simmered-in-wine act after last week. The dinner after this was chicken simmered in wine. Needless to say, the next night's lasagna was a much-needed change of pace.
